Here are the steps of the Do-It-Yourself Counseling program:
Step 1: Personality Test
Your first step is a personality test.
Using a list of specific questions, this test isolates specific areas and facets of your life and analyzes how you deal with situations and relationships.
The test is the most accurate personality test available. Ten key personality traits are tested which gives insight into your strong points and problem areas.
We will evaluate the results with you so that you have a full understanding of them.
Step 2: Meet Your Counselor
Next, you’ll meet your counselor overseeing your do-it-yourself counseling to help you reach your goals.
In your first conversation, you’ll be asked about your life and situation. Sometimes you will be recommended additional specific actions to do to help you reach your counseling goals. You will receive a custom program to be able to achieve this.
This is done by an expertly-trained and experienced, certified counselor, working in the field for decades, having helped countless people live happier lives and reach their goals.
Step 3: Start The Self-Counseling Process
Your counselor will help you get going on your Do-It-Yourself Counseling and guide you as you go, being available to you for advice and ensuring you are getting the best personal results out of it.
Your counselor will work with you until you can do it easily and will remain in contact with you on a regular basis to help you through the counseling and any difficult spots.
